The service level agreements (SLA’s) can cover response time / hours of the day / days of the week and loan equipment. All of our hardware support agreements included access to our helpdesk with parts and labour as standard.
We pride ourselves in our high level of customer service and satisfaction. Our Derbyshire based helpdesk is available from 06:00 to 22:00 7 days a week, were you can speak direct to support engineer who has the relevant installation and product experience.
All our engineers are highly training to a minimum of Cisco CCNA and NEC telephony product range specialist as standard. They will work with you to resolve any supported issue either on or off site and adhere to all of your company’s working policies.
We have stock of loan equipment and spare part located just off the M1 motorway at Staveley. This enables our engineers to quickly respond to fault call outs.
